It’s hard to believe that the holidays are among us! I don’t know about you all but we’re in full on holiday mode over here. The house is decorated, we’ve been listening to “Holiday Jazz at the Coffee Shop” via Spotify on repeat and I’ve started shopping for gifts. As I’ve mentioned before, “Gifts” is one of my love languages and I pride myself on giving thoughtful, functional, quality presents. I don’t appreciate clutter or the gesture of giving gifts simply because it’s expected around the holidays. Hopefully the items you see in my gift guides reflect that as there’s nothing on here that I wouldn’t be thrilled to give or receive myself.
This year, Kevin and I set a $50 limit for all family Christmas gifts so in that spirit I’ve gone ahead and listed a bunch of fun options that fall below that threshold. However, keep in mind that sometimes you can score more expensive gifts under $50 with all the great sales currently running. Follow me on Instagram, @karalyssa_ and I’ll be sure to update you as Black Friday and Cyber Monday roll around.

In addition to the great items above, I also wanted to do a gift guide on splurge worthy items that are guaranteed to be a big hit! If I had a Christmas list, every single one of these items would be on it. I am a big believer in quality over quantity and these are the gifts that keep on giving. Whether they are iconic pieces that won’t go out of style or something that can be used daily, you are certain to get your monies worth.
